Olivier van der Haegen has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2010. He has experience in advising and representing Belgian and international clients in national and international arbitration proceedings and in judicial court litigations, in the corporate, financial, construction and energy sectors. He has been appointed secretary to arbitral tribunals in CEPANI and ICC arbitrations. He has authored or co-authored several publications on arbitration, private international law and procedural law. He joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2015 after having started his career in another international law firm in Brussels. Olivier holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Law from the College of Europe and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Chicago Law School.
