Charlotte Van Themsche is part of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice of Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick. Charlotte handles the resolution of complex and international civil and commercial disputes. Her practice also focuses on the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards as well as the application for provisional measures.
Charlotte graduated from the Univeristy of Brussels (ULB) in 2013 and holds a master’s in law. She studied at Lunds Universitet in Sweden, as an Erasmus exchange student. She also obtained an LLM in public international law at the Universiteit van Leiden in 2014.
Charlotte joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2014.
