Gérald Origer represents clients in a broad range of corporate finance matters such as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and insolvency. His expertise encompasses corporate finance, M&A, private equity, financial regulatory law and transactional business law. Gérald's advice is based on a clear understanding of his clients’ business, their aspirations and commercial goals.
Gérald graduated in law from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) (1995). He also obtained a master’s degree in European and International law (1996) from the same university.
Gérald is the author of numerous articles on Luxembourg corporate and financial law. He was admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 1997 and is a Luxembourg qualified lawyer (avocat à la cour) since 1999.
Gérald joined the Luxembourg office of Stibbe as a partner in 2010.
