Cédric Raffoul is a partner in the Banking and Finance department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg.
He specialises in securities law and capital markets regulation advising Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets and financing transactions including debt and equity transactions, initial public offerings, takeovers, placements of securities, listings and on all related regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Cédric worked in the Paris office of a major US-based law firm and has then worked for more than four years as a senior associate in the capital markets team of a leading law firm in Luxembourg.
Cédric is a member of the Paris Bar since 2006 and the Luxembourg Bar (List IV) since 2010.
