Jordan’s telecommunications expertise spans both commercial and regulatory matters, where he has been closely involved in large and small-scale projects such as next generation access networks, interconnection, co-location and managed services.
Jordan’s media law work has included advice on access to premium content, the review and reform of New Zealand’s media regulation framework and broadcasting agreements.
In the technology sector, Jordan advises suppliers and purchasers on outsourcing, technology transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He has particular specialised expertise in cloud computing, intellectual property policy, mobile money regulation and data protection issues.
Outside of the TMT sectors, Jordan regularly advises clients on electricity and gas law, competition law, consumer law, public policy and general commercial law.
