Christine Pasquier-Ciulla heads the private international law, personal law and trust & estate teams.
She handles prenuptial agreements, changes to matrimonial regimes, separations and national and international divorces, adoptions, all matters relating to children including recognition of parentage, names, wrongful removal and more generally the application of the Hague Conventions on minors and international letters rogatory. She deals with matters relating to the legal protection of adults and the application in Monaco of protection measures ordered by foreign courts.
In addition, she handles cases involving criminal offences directly related to her principal practice area.
In the area of trusts & estates, Christine advises or represents her clients in post-divorce liquidation procedures for jointly owned property, as well as national or international successions.
Her membership in organisations such as IAFL and STEP allows her to be in contact with specialist law firms all over the world, which is a major advantage in her area of practice.
