Following a dual university degree at the University of Munich and the University Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne), Dr Florian Endrös completed his training as an avocat at the Paris Bar. He subsequently passed the examination for admission as a German Rechtsanwalt and submitted a doctorate thesis on liability of defective products in Europe, particularly focusing on France.
Registered at the Munich Bar and the Paris Bar, Dr. Endrös practised in an international commercial law firm for several years. As a founding member of a law firm specialising in industrial risk, he garnered ten years of experience in this field before creating in 2007, together with his team of lawyers, the new firm EBA-Endrös-Baum Associés. As an associate professor at the University of Cergy-Pontoise (Paris), he also participated for several years in a European program implemented to provide training in German law to French lawyers.
Dr Endrös’s principal caseloads include complex international proceedings, especially in the fields of industrial risk, plant construction, product liability and product safety, as well as general contract and commercial law. Holding long-standing experience in French summary expert proceedings in a wide variety of industrial risk cases, he is also the author of a number of books, essays and other publications on this subject.
