Jorge Luis Inchauste has been a partner since 2002, admitted to the Bolivian Bar in 1997 and the New York State Bar in 2004.
Experience: In charge of structuring investments in various matters concerning natural resources; Jorge has also advised clients in structured finance operations and in international projects for foreign corporations doing business in Bolivia. Regularly advises companies on the functioning of their corporate governance mechanisms. He has also ample experience in advising clients for the resolution of controversies through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as negotiation mediation and arbitration.
