Haruo Narimoto is a finance and real estate partner at TMI Associates. His practice covers both finance-related and real estate matters, the latter of which includes representing real estate-related funds and their liquidation. He has provided advice in numerous cases to a wide variety of clients including lenders, trust banks, asset managers, investors, arrangers, and servicers. His general real estate transaction experience includes sales and purchases, brokerage issues, leases, claims for increases and reductions of rent, restoration, eviction, work contract, reconstruction, and redevelopment of real estate. In addition to his real-estate related fund matters, Mr. Narimoto has advised on schemes for the utilisation of various forms of trusts, including the Japanese version of an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) and an intellectual property trust, as well as a solar power generation fund scheme structured with a SPC.
