José Mauro Decoussau Machado is partner in the intellectual property area of Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He focuses on litigation and transactional work related to technology, privacy, trademark, patent, industrial design, copyright and unfair competition, as well as advertising. He earned his LLM in law, science and technology from Stanford Law School and holds a master’s degree (2004) in civil procedure and an LLB degree (1999) from PUC/SP (Brazil). José Mauro is author of the book Preliminary injunctions in Intellectual Property cases and is a Professor in the LLM course provided by the Brazilian Bar Association (Escola Superior de Advogados – ESA).
