Claire-Marie represents clients in business transactions and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, restructurings and joint ventures. She has special expertise in business transactions with a real estate focus, many of which involve special purpose companies incorporated in Luxembourg. Claire-Marie also advises clients on private equity matters such as acquisition structuring and works in cross-border matters for both European and non-European clients.
Claire-Marie has a master’s degree in Business Law from the Jean Moulin Lyon University (2001), and a master’s degree in Business Law and Diploma of Higher Education in Common Law from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom (2002).
In addition, she obtained a master’s degree in Corporate Tax Law (DESS) from the Nice Sophia Antipolis University (2003) and an LLM in International Commercial and Business Law from the University of East Anglia, United Kingdom (2004).
Claire-Marie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2008. She is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) since July 2017. Claire-Marie joined the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2010.
