Jürg Frick is a partner of Homburger AG, Zürich. He is the deputy head of Homburger's banking & finance team. His main focus is on financial services and collective investment regulations, syndicated debt financing, international bond offerings, including high yield bond offerings, venture capital and buyout financing, restructurings and insolvency law.
Jürg Frick studied law at the Universities of Zurich and Neuchâtel, and he was admitted to the Swiss bar in 2000. In 2005 he graduated as Master of Laws (LLM) from Harvard Law School. Thereafter, he worked as an associate for Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London, where he advised on private equity and high yield bond transactions. In 2009 he finished his doctoral thesis titled Private Equity under Swiss Law. He is member of the editors' board of the Global Restructuring Review. Furthermore, he is lecturer for capital market law at the Swiss Auditors' Academy (EXPERTsuisse).
