Cristiana Irinel Stoica, founding partner at STOICA & Asociatii – Attorneys at Law, graduated from Bucharest University and has a PhD in international commercial law. Cristiana is arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.
She graduated from a student programme at The Hague Academy of Private International Law and at the Council of Europe. Cristiana is currently giving classes on comparative international commercial arbitration and on institutional arbitration in Romania at the master program on international arbitration organised by the Law Faculty of Bucharest University. She coordinates the International Arbitration Group of practice of World Link for Law.
She is fluent in English and French. She also published a series of articles and reviews on arbitration matters (Arbitration, Getting the Deal Through, Romania; Investment Treaty Arbitration, Getting the Deal Through, Romania) and she is also a contributor to Arbitration in Romania, published by Wolters Kluwer.
