Mr Yulan Kuo is the director of the Technology Law Division and a senior partner of Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law. His practice focuses on patent litigation, intellectual property, IT technology, biotechnology and data protection.
Mr Kuo served as counsel of the Judicial Yuan, the highest judicial power of Taiwan, in establishing the Intellectual Property Court. Mr Kuo is a co-author of the New Era of Intellectual Property Litigation, the first book published specifically addressing the new IP Court, IP Litigation issues, and the IP Adjudication Law in Taiwan. He also actively lectures and publishes various articles and books on IP topics.
