Mariano received his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2001 with specialisation in administrative law.
Then he pursued an LLM in International Intellectual Property Law from Chicago-Kent with high honours in 2004.
In 2008, Mariano completed an LLM in Law and Economics from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina).
Since 2005 Mariano has worked for the Latin American IP law firm Moeller IP Advisors where he advises and designs legal strategies related to patents, trademarks, domain names and copyright protections as well as anti-counterfeiting and transfer of technology matters.
He is a member of diverse IP and related organisations engaged as intellectual property owners, the American Bar Association, INTA and RAPS and a teacher of IP courses at Universidad Austral in Argentina. He speaks English and Spanish.
