Dragan Dameski is one of the founders of Debarliev Dameski & Kelesoska Attorneys at law. He has graduated at The State University - Law Faculty in Skopje. Dragan has upgraded his professional knowledge by attending the postgraduate studies in business law at the Law Faculty in Skopje, as well as the master studies in economics and business administration at the Sheffield University in Thessaloniki, Greece. He is member of the International Advocates Union (UIA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
Dragan Dameski is the head of the corporate department of the company. Corporate law, direct foreign investments, energetic, M&A, real estate law, public procurements and PPP are his most valued areas of expertise. Advising and representing the private partners, mostly foreign companies in the major PPP and concession projects in Macedonia in the past few years, Dragan is well recognised among the investors in Macedonia as an excellent expert in the area of PPP and concessions.
