Ryan T. Ketchum – Mr. Ketchum focuses his practice on the development, construction, financing, purchase and sale of energy, telecommunications, and infrastructure projects in emerging markets, with a particular emphasis in Africa and Eastern Europe. He has served as counsel to the World Bank, governments, sponsors, and lenders on project development, electricity market restructuring, and the related restructuring of industry participants. Mr. Ketchum is currently advising on the development or purchase and sale of over a dozen IPPs in Africa and Eastern Europe with a combined value of several billion dollars.
