Kasama Sriwatanakul, an attorney-at-law in Tilleke & Gibbins’ intellectual property group, specialises in worldwide trademark contentious and noncontentious matters. Having gained experience working on IP issues in the firm’s Bangkok and Jakarta offices, Kasama advises multinational and local companies on investing and protecting their trademarks in domestic and overseas markets. She also serves IP clients in areas including regulatory affairs, licensing, contract and advertising review, and compliance.
Kasama received both a degree in international relations and a law degree from Chulalongkorn University with first-class honours, and she is an admitted member of the Thai Bar Association and the Lawyers Council of Thailand. She has completed the Barrister-at-Law requirements of the Institute of Legal Education, Thai Bar Association, and is an active member of the Intellectual Property Association of Thailand. She is the firm’s representative to the European Association for Business and Commerce. Kasama is also a registered patent agent.
