Miss Akasemi Ollor joined the law firm of George Etomi and Partners in 2012. She has advised clients on various transactions including the acquisition of an oil block from the Ghanaian Government, the private placement of bonds for project finance, the setting up of a private equity fund for top tier investors and the nationwide implementation of a Federal Government environmental regulation. Akasemi has been actively involved in mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector and the privatization and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) exercise in the Nigerian power sector. She also provides clients with company secretarial services and writes articles for various firm publications.
