Ozofu is a partner in the firm’s corporate advisory, private equity and Mergers & Acquisitions teams. She has come to be recognised among her peers and clients as an extremely resourceful and versatile adviser as she has advised on various areas of the law including, corporate and commercial law, private equity, corporate re-structuring and mergers and acquisitions, banking, corporate and project finance, telecommunications, regulatory compliance, labour and employment, company secretarial practice with a stint in litigation and dispute resolution. Ozofu also heads the firm’s pro bono practice. Ozofu has been a contributor to the World Bank’s "Doing Business" Report for several years and its Women, Business and the Law Report. She has co-authored the IFLR 2015 Mergers and Acquisitions review; various articles on the 2015/16 and 2016/17 Practical Law International Acquisitions Transaction Guide series on Competition, Tax, Employees, Share Acquisitions, Signing, Closing and Opinions; and the Practical Law "Doing Business in Nigeria" Guide 2015/16; she is a regular contributor to the Taylor Vinters Employment Law Newsletter and the Simmons and Simmons Elexica resource. Ozofu is recognized by the Legal 500. She was also honoured at the 2016 Nigerian Legal Awards as one of the top 40 'Leading Nigerian Lawyers Under 40' who will shape the future of the legal profession in Nigeria.
