Katsumasa Suzuki

Katsumasa Suzuki, partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, is a leading lawyer in capital markets in Japan as identified by the major publications Chambers and Best Lawyers. He is also actively engaged in M&A deals and acts as the chair of the Mergers and Acquisitions Subcommittee of the Security Law Committee at the International Bar Association. He became the first and sole Japanese lawyer to be recognised as one of the top 10 innovative individuals by the Financial Times’ Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers Reports in 2016.
