Fernando Peláez-Pier has been a partner since 1977, specialized in alternative dispute resolution, contracts, M&A, investments, and project financing. He is a prominent member of the global legal fraternity: International Bar Association (IBA) President (2009-10); Vice-President (2007-08); Secretary General (2005-06); Latin American Regional Forum Founder and Chair (1994-1998).
