Our mission is intrinsically linked to that of our founder, Mercedes Tarrazon, lawyer, arbitrator and mediator with extensive experience, who has made the commitment to the real resolution of problems a distinctive element of her professional career.
We are based in Barcelona and act globally through project-based partnerships and collaboration with different law firms around the world.
Through our legal and dispute resolution services we have assisted private clients, companies, professional organisations and public entities to solve their disputes in many sectors and types of claims including: agency and distribution agreements, contractual disputes, costs, commodities, franchising, intellectual property, land ownership, matrimonial finance, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and shareholder disputes, personal injury, product liability, professional negligence, public law disputes, reputation management, sale of goods and services, trust, wills and warranties.
As consultants we have given advice to governments, industrial associations, chambers of commerce, judiciary academies and law societies.
We have trained in negotiation, mediation and mediation advocacy in collaboration with universities and institutions as well as on our own with our DIMA Training methodology®.
