Getting The Deal Through

We have over 600 lawyers working in offices across the Middle East, Asia, Australia, the Americas and Europe. We take a progressive approach to our roles in commercial business – thinking creatively and pragmatically to support our clients.

We have focused the development of our capabilities and the growth of our expertise in a number of core sectors, all fundamental to the way international commerce works: aviation; construction, engineering & infrastructure; commodities; corporate & commercial; energy & offshore; financial institutions; insurance & reinsurance; logistics; mining; ports & terminals; regulatory and licensing; shipping; travel and superyachts. Much of our work is multi-jurisdictional and our offices work closely together to provide the best solutions for our clients.

We continue to extend our geographical footprint with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and associations with local law firms in key strategic jurisdictions, including in Riyadh (HFW in association with Mohammed Alkhliwi) and Kuwait City (HFW in association with Attorney Rula Dajani). Additionally, we have an exclusive alliance with Salem Al Maddfa advocates in the UAE which enables us to run and most importantly, manage local litigation in the UAE Courts.

Our Middle East team of more than 60 lawyers (several bilingual Arabic speakers) can offer local and international clients a unique blend of local market insight, specialist industry expertise and commercial pragmatism. Our lawyers work seamlessly together to service local businesses, government entities, multinational companies, financial institutions and private investors throughout the MENA region.
