UK appellate court set to hear extra-jurisdictional passenger delay claim

Passengers who suffer minor delays on EU departures that cause much larger overall delays to flights connecting to destinations outside of Europe are entitled to compensation for their ultimate late arrival, a court in the UK has ruled, although the case has already been appealed.
